"The It Factory" takes a short detour from our coaching tour this week. Instead, we do something we've never done before and talk to a parent of some new Pac-12 athletes. Yogi talks with Big Dave Uiagalelei, father of Oregon State quarterback, DJ, and Oregon defensive end, Matayo Uiagalelei. Dave discusses raising his sons and helping them deal with all of the hype that has been around them since a young age, DJ's journey to Clemson and then Oregon State, and he talks about both of his boys' decisions to go to Oregon and Oregon State. Plus he gives advice to parents of recruits.
