Brent Brennan, head football coach at San Jose State University, joined Yogi Roth to share insights into his philosophy, how he has led the Spartans from 1-11 to a top 25 team and Mountain West Conference Champions in 2020, to detailing his true essence of being a head coach.
Coach Brennan, the reigning National Coach of the Year, has an infectious personality and pulls back the curtain on his journey--the highs and lows--the uniqueness of his Friday night team meetings, as well as how he continues to develop in his life. He also touches on the passing of his cousin, Colt Brennan, a record setting quarterback at Hawaii.
San Jose State returns an extremely talented team that kicks off its 2021 season with high expectations under Coach Brennan. Be sure to watch them on the Pac-12 Networks, as they visit USC in week 1 of the college football season.
